Terms & Conditions

1. Limited Liability: Our liability for any services provided is strictly limited to the total amount paid for services within the current month. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
In the extreme event of unintentional human errors that may be caused on a client's account, which subsequntly result with 3rd party actions and consequences like but not exclusive to: de-listings of an item, de-listing or removal of a shop, adverse actions or claims by the end-consumer, or any other commercial entity or authority, the brand e-com.team, owned by The Artisanz ltd, bares strictly limited liability which is bound by a maximum of the value of 1 calendar month subscription. Every subscribing client of our service therefore agrees to entire Terms & Conditions of our service and declares that they read, understood and agreed with our strict liability conditions and agrees not to have or pursue any claims related to any adverse effect their business might suffer from in a case of but not exclusive to one of the occasions or any occasion that may occur in the future, that means that every client of our service agrees to not take any legal action at any time as well as claim done in other forms or media channels.
By subscribing to the service and making the payment, the client signs off on these Terms & Conditions mentioned.

 

2. Authorisation to Manage Accounts: By engaging our services, you grant us permission to access and manage your accounts on Etsy, Shopify, and other online platforms as necessary. This includes day-to-day account management, making adjustments, and executing tasks on your behalf in accordance with this agreement and our legal terms.

 

3. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to fulfil the following responsibilities to enable the Service Provider to effectively perform the agreed-upon services:

  • Account Access: The Client is responsible for providing the Service Provider with necessary access to their accounts, including but not limited to their Etsy store, Shopify store, and any relevant social media accounts, as required for the execution of services. This includes login credentials or any other permissions needed to carry out the work.

  • Product Information: The Client must provide the Service Provider with detailed and accurate information regarding their products, including but not limited to:

    • Pricing information

    • Materials used in products

    • Available sizes and variations

    • Any other relevant product specifications or details that may be necessary for proper listing and optimisation.

  • Product Images: The Client is responsible for providing images of their products for use in listings, social media content, and any promotional materials. These images should be clear and of adequate resolution to represent the products effectively. If the Client is unable to provide suitable images, the Service Provider may be able to assist in sourcing or creating them at an additional cost.

  • Collaboration: The Client agrees to collaborate with the Service Provider and provide feedback or approvals for any work performed. Delays in communication or the provision of required materials may impact the Service Provider’s ability to meet deadlines or achieve desired results.

Failure to fulfil these responsibilities in a timely manner may result in delays in the execution of services and may impact the overall effectiveness of the services provided.

 

4. Scope of Services
Essential Package: The Essential Package includes up to 7 hours of weekly work focused on the following services:

  • Etsy Store Management: Assistance with managing the Client’s Etsy store, including regular updates and maintenance.

  • Etsy Listing Management: Publishing and optimizing Etsy listings, including product descriptions, images, and keywords.

  • Competitor Research: Analysis of competing Etsy shops to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implementing SEO strategies for Etsy listings to increase visibility and improve search rankings on the platform.

  • Proactive Customer Support (optional): As per agreement, assistance with customer support tactics to engage and retain customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Social Media Integration & Management: Linking the Client's Etsy shop to their Facebook page. Assistance in creating, publishing content, interacting with followers, and researching relevant social media trends.

Advanced Package: The Advanced Package includes up to 12 hours of weekly work and encompasses all the services provided in the Essential Package, plus the following:

  • Shopify Support: In addition to Etsy, the Client will receive extra support for managing and maintaining their Shopify store.

  • Shopify Product Publishing & Optimization: Assistance with adding new products to the Shopify store, optimizing product listings, and implementing best practices for SEO.

  • Shop Maintenance: Regular updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring to ensure the Shopify store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Enterprise Package: The Enterprise Package offers a customized solution tailored to the Client’s specific needs and requirements. This package can include any combination of the services mentioned in the Essential and Advanced Packages, as well as additional services or bespoke strategies that are negotiated between the Service Provider and Client. The number of hours and specific services will be agreed upon based on the scope of the enterprise solution.

Limitations:

  • All services will be performed within the agreed-upon number of hours per week for each package. Any work beyond these hours may incur additional fees, which will be agreed upon in writing.

  • The scope of services provided is subject to change based on Client requirements, with any alterations to the scope requiring written approval from both parties.

5. Non-Refundable First 3 Months: Non-Refundable Period: The first three (3) months of any subscription, service, or contract are non-refundable. Payments made during this period will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, early termination, or dissatisfaction with the service.

 

6. Termination & Notice Period: To unsubscribe or cancel the service, you must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. The notice period begins from the date the notice is received, and service charges will continue until the end of the notice period.

 

7. Cancellation by the Service Provider: The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the service at any time with written notice to the Client if:

  • The Client breaches any material term of the agreement, including non-payment of fees.

  • The Client fails to provide necessary information or resources required for the service delivery.

  • The Service Provider is unable to perform the services due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

In such cases, the Service Provider will refund any pre-paid fees for services not yet rendered, but shall not be held liable for any consequential losses incurred by the Client as a result of the cancellation.

 

8. Compliance with Agreement: All services provided will be in full compliance with the terms outlined in the signed contract. Both parties agree to adhere to these terms throughout the duration of the agreement.
